What is your turn-around?

Simply - How fast do YOU need it?  Quickest is one hour or less! Standard turn-around is 48 hours. 

What if I am NOT happy with the voice or production?

Then we will fix it ASAP at NO COST!
If you have to make a change to the APPROVED script/ copy, then there is a small change fee.  However, if you are NOT satisfied with the voice talent(s), production effects or music beds... we fix it No Cost - No Problem!  Whatever it takes to make you satisfied!

Western Union, Money Orders, Personal and Business checks ACCEPTED*
(all checks MUST CLEAR before services are rendered) a fee of $15. is imposed on all money orders. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE SERVICES ARE PERFORMED.

--> There are absolutley NO REFUNDS once a project has begun. You have 24 hours to cancel unless project has already started. This is to avoid fraud and licensing agreements we have under Union rules. All Major Credit Cards that we deal with understands this policy and we document every order.

"SAME DAY/ RUSH" Spots:

When hours count!  When a deadline is closer than you thought... Killerspots Rush spots are a life saver!
Just tell Killerspots you need a "RUSH" spot... for ONLY $100 more and receive it within 24 hours of the time you placed your order.
"SAME DAY" within 1-6 hours ADD only $200. 
Remember: Spots that are in after 3pm eastern daylight time, Monday through Friday, is considered NEXT BUSINESS DAY!

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY:

FedEx and US MAIL are available.
We usually send spots and drops via E-MAIL @ 320klps (better than cd quality) to the clients e-mail address and pre-determined radio stations at NO CHARGE. 

DELTA DASH: is also available for our Printing/ Flyer clients. (ask for details)
FedEx and US Mail charges are depending on delivery Zip Code and Type of delivery.
All audio projects delivered via postal have a $5.99 Handling fee. Printing is $10. “SAMEDAY” service is ONLY delivered by E-mail/ Download.
